Return procedure (for Greece):

In case you want to change a product, please contact us by email at voulkidisg@gmail.com or by phone at 2310-323757,
quoting your order number received by email upon completion of your order, the product or products that you wish to
change and the reason for changing them.
Product changes are accepted within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order. Product changes are not
accepted without prior communication in the above ways. Exceptions are defective products or an error in the order
due to the fault of the company.
Your parcel must contain the original proof of purchase and you have notified us in one of the following ways:
a) With the courier company cooperating with us.
In this case, the customer should contact us to inform him and guide him on how to return. Return costs are
borne by him and depend on the weight of the package and the area you are in, also the money should be paid
into the company's bank account using your order ID as proof/reason for payment. Your refund will not be
accepted until the total amount has been deposited into our account.
b) By any other courier the customer wishes and with the return costs to be borne by him.

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS

1. The product must not have been used.
2. The return must be made within fourteen (14)* calendar days of the order being shipped.
3. The product must necessarily be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (Retail Receipt, Invoice, Delivery
Note-Coke Invoice) and be in the condition it was received by the customer, complete and undamaged, and its
packaging must be that which normally comes with the product.

Products arrive at our business at your own risk, so you should ensure that they are properly packed (not necessarily in

In the event that a product is returned in an unsuitable condition, we will have to send it back to you.
In the event that a product is returned by a courier that we do not cooperate with and charged to the recipient, we will
have to send it back to you.

In the event that we receive the parcel at our expense (from the courier company cooperating with us) we will have to
send it back to you.

The company bears no responsibility for any products that have been returned to us by mistake.
We recommend that you keep the voucher and courier tracking number until your return has been processed.
The company is obliged to return to the customer, as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty (30) calendar days,
the amount owed to the buyer. The period starts from the day you notify us of the withdrawal request.
